Initial Consultation
After you contact us, we will email you a New Client Packet of information prior to our meeting. All necessary forms will be included; this will allow you to fill in any information we need before we meet and give us more time to get to know you and your pets.
The packet contains:
* Pet information forms
* Veterinary agreement (It will make things easier for us in case of emergency, as we need to know where to take your pet for medical care)
* Service agreement
* Service request form
When we arrive, we will review the forms together and address any questions or concerns you have. Then we will discuss:

* Your pet's health issues (if any). If medication needs to be administered, we will need your permission and signature.
* Your pet's routine, eating habits, and favorite snacks.
* Your pet's favorite hiding places and favorite games or toys.
* Things he/she likes or dislikes (ex: brushing or not)
* Any unusual habits they may have

YOUR HOME
* Secure any off-limits areas and tell us where they are
* Show us where the fuse box and water shut off are located
* The location of the alarm panel (if any)
* Any other special instructions you may have
